Vocals
The separated lead and supporting vocal content detected in the mix.
AI STEM SPLITTER
A stem is an isolated part of a mixed recording, such as its vocals, drums or bass. VocalRemove's AI stem splitter analyses an uploaded song and separates those parts into files you can preview and download.
Standard separation creates vocals and an instrumental. The Full Stem Pack adds individual drums, bass and other outputs for producers who need more control than vocal removal alone.
WHAT YOU GET
The multi-stem option produces only the five outputs supported by VocalRemove:
The separated lead and supporting vocal content detected in the mix.
Percussion separated from the rest of the recording.
The detected bass part as its own stem.
Remaining musical elements that are not classified as vocals, drums or bass.
A vocal-free mix for listening, practice or further editing.
HOW IT WORKS
Choose a WAV, MP3, AIFF or FLAC file from your device.
Use the processing selector when you need multi-stem separation rather than the Standard vocal and instrumental pair.
Listen to the separated parts, then download the outputs needed for your project.
USE CASES
Work with vocal, rhythm and remaining musical parts independently when preparing a new edit.
Listen more closely to how drums, bass, vocals and other elements interact in a finished mix.
Use selected stems to rehearse against a mix with particular parts reduced or removed.
QUESTIONS
A vocal remover focuses on creating vocals and an instrumental. A stem splitter separates more of the mix; VocalRemove's Full Stem Pack adds drums, bass and other stems.
The Full Stem Pack produces Vocals, Drums, Bass, Other and Instrumental. VocalRemove does not claim to produce additional instrument-specific stems.
No source-separation tool has access to the original session tracks. Clearer mixes can separate more cleanly, while layered vocals, effects and overlapping instruments may leave audible bleed.
