Cancel future renewal
Cancel a Producer subscription in Account → Billing → Manage billing. Stripe's billing portal records the request. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly or annual term, and access continues until then. Cancelling prevents the next renewal; it does not automatically reverse an earlier charge.
If self-service cancellation is unavailable, contact [LEGAL REVIEW TODO: support email] before renewal and include the account email—never send card details. Keep confirmation of your request.
Seven-day introductory offer
The introductory offer is a one-time charge for seven days of Producer access. Unless cancelled, a same-currency monthly Producer subscription starts after the seven-day period and then renews monthly. You can cancel the future monthly subscription through Account → Billing. The exact amount due now and recurring amount are shown before checkout.
Refund requests
To request a refund, contact us with the account email, charge date and reason. Do not send full card information. We assess requests against applicable consumer law, the service supplied, usage, duplicate or unauthorised charges, technical failure and the facts of the request.
There is deliberately no “no refunds” rule. The owner must approve a discretionary refund window and decision matrix before launch; until then, no additional goodwill entitlement beyond applicable law is promised.
UK and Northern Ireland consumer rights
UK rules can provide a 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts, but supplying digital content or services during that period requires specific pre-contract information. For digital content, the cancellation right can be lost only after an express request to begin supply and acknowledgement of that consequence. Services started early can involve a proportionate charge where the legal conditions are met.
Separately, digital content and services must meet mandatory quality and performance standards. Available remedies can include repair/re-performance, price reduction or refund depending on the problem. Nothing here limits those statutory rights. Northern Ireland consumers may contact Consumerline.
Customers outside the UK
Mandatory consumer rights in your home country may also apply and are not removed by this policy. Currency selection alone does not determine your legal rights. Contact us promptly so the facts and applicable rules can be assessed.
Closing an account
Deleting an account is different from cancelling a renewal, although the current deletion workflow attempts to cancel active Stripe subscriptions immediately. Review and export what you need first. See the Privacy Policy for deletion and retained billing records.
