Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement between you and [LEGAL REVIEW TODO: operator legal name], [LEGAL REVIEW TODO: business form], at [LEGAL REVIEW TODO: geographic business address], which operates VocalRemove from Northern Ireland, United Kingdom. Contact: [LEGAL REVIEW TODO: support email].
You must be able to enter a binding contract. The minimum-age and parental-consent rule awaits owner and solicitor approval. If you use VocalRemove for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it.
The service and accounts
VocalRemove provides automated vocal and stem separation, previews, downloads and an extraction library. You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and report suspected unauthorised access. Output quality varies with the recording, mix and format.
A free account receives one free extraction in total. Producer includes 30 completed tracks per monthly entitlement window. Each completed track counts as an extraction. An annual plan is billed annually but still receives a new allowance each monthly entitlement period; unused allowance does not form one annual pool or roll over unless expressly stated.
Your audio, outputs and copyright
You retain rights you already hold in uploaded audio. You grant VocalRemove a limited, non-exclusive licence only for the time and extent reasonably necessary to receive, host, transmit, analyse, separate, store and return your audio and outputs, secure the system and operate the service. Uploading does not transfer ownership of your music.
You confirm you have all necessary rights, licences, permissions or another lawful basis. Separation creates no new copyright rights, and VocalRemove gives no permission to copy, remix, publish, perform, distribute or commercially exploit protected material. You are responsible for downstream use.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, malicious or privacy-invasive material. Rights holders may send a detailed notice to our contact address identifying the work, material, claim and contact details. We may remove material and restrict repeat or serious infringement.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the service; bypass limits or security; probe accounts or infrastructure without permission; scrape or send excessive automated requests; distribute malware; impersonate others; reverse engineer except where law permits; resell access without agreement; or violate law or another person's rights. We may proportionately restrict activity needed to protect the service, users or third parties.
Prices, subscriptions and introductory access
Before payment we show the amount due now, currency, interval, recurring amount, renewal terms and key allowance. Marketing prices use the selected GB, US, EU or AU region; Stripe Checkout confirms the authoritative amount and applicable taxes before payment.
Monthly and annual Producer plans renew automatically for the same interval until cancelled. The paid introductory offer charges the displayed one-time amount for seven days of Producer access, then starts the displayed same-region monthly Producer subscription, renewing monthly until cancelled. Failed-payment, retry and grace handling follows the Stripe subscription state shown in your account.
Cancel future renewal through Account → Billing. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not itself refund a completed charge. See Refunds & Cancellation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Starting the digital service
VocalRemove supplies digital processing and account access soon after purchase. Where law provides a cancellation period, starting supply during it can affect cancellation rights. The production checkout must capture any express request and acknowledgement required before immediate supply; that evidence flow remains subject to legal review.
Nothing removes remedies for a digital service not supplied with mandatory care, skill, quality or conformity.
Availability and changes
We aim to use reasonable care and skill but do not promise uninterrupted availability, perfect isolation or a particular creative result. We may maintain, secure, change or discontinue features. If a material change adversely affects a paid service, we will provide any notice or remedy required by law.
Suspension, termination and data
You may stop using VocalRemove and request deletion. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, fraud, non-payment, security risk or unlawful use, acting proportionately where practicable. Account deletion cancels active subscriptions and attempts to remove application audio and account records; some billing records may remain where lawfully required. See the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for unforeseeable loss, loss caused by unlawful use, or business loss suffered by a consumer.
Any further financial cap, business-user indemnity or exclusion requires solicitor approval and is deliberately not invented here.
Governing law, changes and contact
These Terms are governed by Northern Ireland law, but consumers retain mandatory protections and courts available under the law of their home country. The worldwide consumer-jurisdiction wording requires final solicitor confirmation.
We may revise these Terms prospectively and will give reasonable notice of material changes where required. Contact us using the operator details above or the contact page.
